Ulnar nerve (Cubital tunnel) release/anterior transposition

Release of the ulnar nerve around the elbow (Cubital tunnel release) is performed for symptomatic compression of the nerve. This is performed through a cut in the inner aspect of the elbow. In case if the nerve is found unstable in its location, your surgeon will secure the nerve in a different location in the front of elbow (anterior transposition).
